15min Upper Body Workout with resistance bands (you can use weights instead as well)



Here’s a new workout focusing on he upper body. I used a resistance band, if you don’t have one you can use dumbells, water bottles or any other weight. If you are a beginner and want it easier, just use your bodyweight and no equipment. Just follow along an work out with me.

Heute haben wir für dich ein Workout für den Oberkörper. Statt einem Gummi-/Terraband kannst du auch Kurzhanteln oder irgend ein anderes Gewicht benutzen. Auch ganz ohne Gewichte funktioniert das Workout.
