This routine will take you through a Theraband workout with some great variations on the other videos.
You will strengthen, tone and challenge your: shoulders, upper back, side abdominals, legs and glutes for a FULL BODY approach with some new moves I think you will like!
It is a standing routine, so you do not even need a mat for this.
It’s also PREGNANCY SAFE so you can do it through any stage of your pregnancy too. (I’ve put it in BOTH PLAYLISTS for this reason: THERABAND & PREGNANCY playlists).
There are some effective combinations of movements where you are combining arms and legs, for example, and doubling up muscle groups for even more efficiency.
Keep your core strong and tall posture throughout.
