This 30 min. GREAT Leg Workout with Resistance Bands | Resistance Band Workout Legs | Band Leg Workout is made up of 3 x super sets and one afterburner round Each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Also in this workout we have an “after burner” part 4 x body weight exercises for 3 rounds in a row!

Super set 1
1. Band squats
2. Band dead lifts

Super set 2
1. Bang lunges (L)
2. Bang lunges (R)

Super set 3
1. Band Leg extensions
2. Band Sumo dead lifts

After burner
1. Bounce jump squats
2. Front bounce lunges
3. High plank jump extensions
