30 Minute Mini Band Workout – In this workout we are doing a total body mini band workout! So grab a variety of mini bands, be sure to have lighter and heavier mini bands(check the links below to order yours). We are going to do a little lower body, upper body, cardio and finish off with abs. So grab your bands and let’s move daily!

Format: 45 sec work/15 sec rest

You will need: a variety of mini bands

Reverse lunges
Feet elevated glute thrust
Plie squat


Plank row in-n-out jump
One arm row twist
Shoulder press out/pull up


Banded v sit
Plank jacks

Cool down and stretch
