35 MINUTE BAND AND CARDIO KILLER – This was a tough little workout! I love using the band and mixing the strength exercises up with intense cardio exercises. It felt like I had a great session…until my band broke mid way through! It happens, but I did a quick pivot with a heavier band and it was all good. Ice skater over band
Standing row
Donkey hop over band

Reverse lunge, lateral/front combo
Burpee shuffle burpee
Sumo squat curl
Front/back hops over band

Lunge reverse flye
Jack band pull

Travelling jack
