**Equipment needed: resistance band**

Workout: 3-4 sets x 25 reps of:
-External Rotation
-Internal Rotation
-Statue of Liberty
-Standard Arm Row (I said « Straight Arm » but it’s actually standard! Stay tuned for another video on « Straight Arm » ;-))
-Flies
