Ab Wheel Roll Outs with Resistance Bands



Hello guys!

The ab wheel is a great tool to train your core. In this video I am focusing on the external/internal obliques through lateral flexion of the trunk. I’m using a half inch resistance band from perform better (you can get that here I am rolling out in the opposite direction of the pull of the band. The added tension requires more effort and control to complete the roll out. Try it and have fun!
