Armwrestling Resistance Band Training Methods

Hey guys. I thought i’d give you an idea of how i do most of my training. 90% of my armwrestling specific training is done in this fashion. Ontop of this i dead lift and benchpress 3 days a week. I also get about 2 hours of table time with a group of pullers twice a week.
