From the series of #stayhome workouts that I have created to help people stay active during quarantine, this is the second lower body intermediate workout, that you can do over 6 weeks. You will find options to make these exercises harder and easier so you can adapt to your current level! Exercise at home by following along!
These exercises will help you build muscle and get a stronger and leaner lower body.
