Back & Chest Home Quarantine Workout With Resistance Bands and Dumbbells. Train With IFBB Pro Xenia

Happy Friday!

Today we’re training back and chest Savage Style. This workout will burn a ton of calories, while maximizing time under tension.

You’ll need:

– Power bands or tube bands with handles
– Broom Stick (unless you have banding with handles. but try the broom! It’s fun and gets a great peak contraction)
– A set of dumbbells for back rows.

(If your dumbbells aren’t heavy enough, try adding accommodating resistance with your resistance bands step on the band and hold the dumbbell and the bands together to do the rows. It’s suddenly way harder.)
