I made this after being asked by a few young athletes on how to use resistance bands. Here are a few ways that I use my NIKE SPARQ Resistance Equipment and EXER-GENIE 60m (200ft) Speed Trainer in the gym. I’m not a professional trainer, but these things have really worked for me.
To be honest, since purchasing the EXER-GENIE, I’ve used it most often as you will see towards the end of the video. It allows for a variety of different resistance levels as well as the option to continue for a distance rather than stay in one spot.
I will follow up with a video on how I also use these to work on ball handling as well how to use single loop bands for conditioning.
