The best 7 band exercises for your chest. You liked the arm and shoulder video so much, today we are doing one for chest. I will go over my seven favorite exercises for chest. This can be done as a whole chest workout as well just do two rounds of each exercise for a total of 14 sets. I know if you do that you will have a crazy pump and will be sore in the morning.
