Try These Ab (core) workouts using resistance bands. Challenging but well worth it.
Try This Workout:
Straight leg- sit ups. Keep hills on the ground 10reps
Knees to chest: squeeze/ flex when you crunch 10reps
Plank & knee to elbows: squeeze obliques 10reps each leg
Side Crunches: do both sides unlike shown 😳 10each
Side to side: 20 reps total squeezing core tight intire time
(REPEAT 4-5 SETS)
