BEST SHOULDER EXERCISES USING RESISTANCE BANDS RUBBER BAND (1)



This is video 1 of 10 on the BEST Shoulder exercises for all athletes, weekend warriors and the general population. These exercises are great for Rehab and Prehab. Meaning they are good for performing after a shoulder or overuse injury and for preventing yourself from getting injured. Many athletes like baseball (pitchers), softball, quarterbacks, tennis players and other racquet sports are prone to overuse injuries in their shoulders. The constant motion over and over can sometimes cause injuries if their shoulders are not prepared.

These exercises are also excellent for anyone else that needs their shoulders strong and want to have better stability in their everyday movements. Watch all 10 exercises and complete at least 2-3 sets of 15-25 reps each. They can be performed with any type of resistance band. Just make sure the band is the proper resistance level and you are getting a good burn 5-8 reps before you are done with your set.
