Explosive power workout to do at home or in the gym using kettlebells and resistance bands. It’s time to fire up that lower body with these four exercises. Reps and sets included below, it’s go time!

4 x Goblet squat
4 x Vertical leap with tuck
4 x Banded squat jump
4 x Banded Kettlebell swing
Rest 5 minutes.
Repeat 4 times.
