Express Band Workout: Upper Body



Here is a quick workout you can do at home with just a resistance band! We will cycle through two rounds of five exercises following a time format of 30 seconds on/10 seconds rest. Here is a breakdown of the moves:
1. T-pulls
2. Bent over row
3. Bicep curl
4. Tricep kickback
5. Reverse grip front raise
