Loop bands are an amazing tool to use when exercising! They’re a great way to strength train without weights, and can be used in many ways. In this 20 minute workout, I demonstrate ways to use the band for upper body, lower body, and core. You’ll want to grab your loop band (but you can still do the workout without one) and a mat for the second half of the workout. We cool down with a stretch for the final couple minutes.
