This 20 min. “ PERFECT” ResistanceBand Workout Full Body | FULL BODY Mini Band workout | Mini Resistance Band Workout is made up of 2 x blocks of 4 exercises, each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Also in this workout we have an “after burner” block! 3 x bodyweight exercises for 3 rounds in a row!
1. Stiff leg deadlift + Bentover row
2. Reverse lunges + Hammer Curls
3. Reverse lunges + (wide) upright row
4. Dynamic X high plank
1. Push up hand reach
2. Sumo deadlifts + Upright row
3. Triceps extensions + Reverse lunges
4. Squat + front raises
1. One arm burpee
2. 3 x bounce squats + jump front back
3. Jack knife
