Today we’re working out glutes at home with resistance bands and dumbbells. We are focusing on glute isolation work.
You’re going to need a power band or tube bands (the long ones), a booty band will be a big help here too (Mine broke mid workout! So you get to see how I get creative and make it work.), and a set of dumbbells.
