Mini Band Exercise – Spiderman Pushups
This exercise works your whole body
1) Start in a high plank position with the resistance band around your feet
2) Make sure wrists directly under shoulders, and core engaged
3) Lower your chest for a push-up as you draw the right knee to touch the right elbow
4) Push back up to starting position, then repeat on the other side for 1 rep
*If this is too advanced for you, you may go to an elevated platform (must be sturdy!) to perform the push-up.
