Mini Bands Workout – 20 Minute Full Body Mini Band Exercises at Home – Resistance training



This mini bands workout takes only 20 minutes and helps you tone your muscles and increase your strength. It consists of 10 different exercises that will incorporate a mini band of your choice. Each exercise should be performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. One mini band set therefore takes about 10 minutes and is repeated once, making it a 20 minute workout.
