Mini Resistance Band Workout [Ep74]



In this short video, Holly and I demonstrate a mini resistance band workout comprising of five exercises to target the hips, shoulders, back and core muscles. I find resistance bands to be the most versatile piece of exercise equipment in a runner’s kit bag. Use these resistance band exercises to strengthen your glutes, rotator cuff, and core muscles.
