Mirafit Resistance Band Upper Body Workout



Using resistance bands is one of the simplest ways to get a quality workout.

By keeping your muscles contracted the whole time throughout the exercise, you are developing strength and making those marginal gains which are so important for strength building.

In this video, we show you how to get a fantastic upper body workout using just our resistance bands.

There are 10 exercises altogether including:

1) Lateral raises
2) Y-flyes
3) Press ups
4) Seated rows
5) Lat pulldowns
6) Bicep curls
7) Front delt raises
8) Shrugs
9) Deadlifts
10) Overhead tricep extensions

We recommend you do each exercise for a minute with a 30-second rest in-between each set.
Make your way through all the exercises and then repeat the full circuit two to three times.
