5 sets – 10-12 reps

Hack Squat (duck stance)
6 sets – 10 reps

Old-School Sissy Squat
4 sets – 10-12 reps (add 5 or 10 kg plate for added resistance)

Narrow stance squats (smith machine)
4 sets – 10 reps (first set without resistance bands, the rest with added bands)

Seated Calf Raise
4 sets of 10 reps (3 sets with resistance bands)

Standing Calf Raise
4 sets of 10 reps
