QUICK, DO ANYWHERE WORKOUT // FULL BODY ROUTINE W/ RESISTANCE BANDS & HIIT CARDIO CIRCUITS



This is a quick, full body workout anyone can do anywhere with minimal equipment! All you need are some resistance bands and an open space with enough room to do a lunge. I like to do workouts like this when I’m traveling, don’t feel like going to the gym, or want an active recovery day.
