RESISTANCE BAND BACK WORKOUT| FT ZEUS



I’ll be showing you some very effective back workouts using resistance bands.

On last exercise I forgot to mention is back pulls. Essentially you can put the resistance band around something sturdy and pull it back and squeeze your back plates together for 2-3 seconds, 4 sets of 15, 45 seconds rest time between sets.
