Resistance Band: Push Ups

Complete 3 sets of 20 push ups.

-Be sure to go slow on the way down (eccentric) of the push up and explode on the way up against the resistance ( concentric). It is important to follow this tempo to get most out of the workout. Pick a resistance band that will challenge you during the 20 reps that you complete in one set. If it is too easy or too heavy, you will not be in the 20 repetitions range. *NOTE: The band used in the video has a resistance of 20 lbs.

MODIFICATIONS: to increase difficulty complete diamond push ups, and or place one leg up in the air ( being on all 3s as opposed to all fours).
