This video is part of the educational exercise library I have created for my online training clients.
I have included tempo application order as I have found that tempo is a more challenging concept to coach effectively with online training than face to face, especially for clients who have not used it previously. Tempo is something I program strategically with as a method of applying progressive overload and predicted results can be affected when not applied, just as with technique and load progression.
