RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT 💪



Looking for a Resistance Band workout to get you through Quarantine? If the answer is yes, then look no further. Bands are a great way to add resistance to a workout if you don’t have access to Dumbbells, Kettlebells or a Barbell.

This a full body workout that works all of the main muscles groups. Exercises 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8 are compound/ supersets and should be performed back to back with no rest in between. For the Slider Crunches, if you do not have access to Sliders, you could use a slippery object that you might have around your house such as a Hardback Book.
