Resistance Band Workout with Bands by Fitness Answered Training Products

In this 35-minute workout, we use resistance bands to get a total body workout. We move quickly from one exercise to another with no built-in breaks, so if you ever need a break, pause the workout, grab some water, and hit play again when you’re ready.

Choose bands with a level of resistance that will provide a challenge for you throughout the workout. You can change bands as often as you need to.

We do a short warm-up followed by standing exercising, then we move to the floor for a few exercises. We end with some stretching. If you have time, stretch a little more!
