Resistance Bands – Full Upper Body Workout – (day 2)

Follow us into this easy at first workout, which will get your body revving in no time.

*WARNING*

If you have issues with knees, lower back, neck, or shoulders… This program may have to be adapted to fit your needs. You may still do this workout, but avoid exercises that concern the problem area.

WHEN IN DOUBT ASK A PROFESSIONAL

We have divided this workout into 2 alternating days (day #1, #2, rest day, pattern). This will allow all muscles to work to full potential, without creating over usage of any given joint or muscle.

We have PDF files with extra info, workout sheets and much more. If you’d like to have those here is what you will need to do:

Once you have done so, we will send you a worksheet with instructions, as well as all posters that you can use over and over if you wish to.

Doing the workout alone will yelled good results, but for great results, we suggest a well balanced diet, getting a 20min cardiovascular workout every day, drinking at least 2L/day of water, and getting a good night sleep to recuperate.

Again, if you believe that you may have some issues with knees, lower back, shoulders and neck, make sure to inbox us, as there may be a quick and easy modification available.

PS. This program was designed for those who want to workout from their homes and only have a Resistance Band as equipment.
