External rotation is the main keyword! Forward shoulders? Slouching? Shoulder pain? Armwrestling create to much internal rotation no matter what is your technique. Very so often we hear that armwrestlers have serious shoulder problems they can`t hook or toproll because of them. We need to get that balance back to our body, rotator cuff exercises as well as working with our shoulder blades can bring that balance back. There is no good formula how many or how often but We recommend doing any variation of these exercises as a warm up and at the end of your arm wrestling training sessions or workouts. All these exercises you can do at home all you need is a few different resistance band.
