SMITH MACHINE WORKOUT! This workout I’ve recorded yesterday one hour before the accident, a live and kicking. The upcoming weeks I can’t workout, but I will figure something out 😌 and I will make a personal post about the impact and how I feel and about the emotional impact.
🌸squats in to stiff deadlifts- 4 sets 8 reps
🌸sumo squats 4 sets 10 reps .
🌸Step lunge (don’t use your resting leg to push) 4 x 8 I didn’t use weights it’s really heavy! .
🌸 Donkey kicks (I use a band on the bar so it won’t flip) .
🌸 Lunges 4 sets 6 right and 6 left is 1 set
Shape your legs & booty ‼️ all exercise with a resistance band! To make your muscles work harder 🙌🏻
1️⃣hipthtust 4 sets 10 reps (lower weight to squeeze the glutes to the max!) grow 🤭
2️⃣sumo deadlift reverse grip 4 sets 8 reps, élastiqued!
3️⃣stiff leg deadlift reverse grip 4 sets 8 reps, élastiqued!
4️⃣back squats 4 sets 8 reps .
