To perform the Ballistic Bands Front Squat Overhead Shoulder Press athletes will need 1-2 Ballistic Bands. Athletes will take the resistance, assume a good squat position, place the feet on top of the bands, bring the hands even and just outside of the shoulders, elbows high, as athletes squat to the ground. Once athletes are back at the top of their squatting motion they will press the resistance up into the air before performing another squat into a press. Perform 4-6 rounds of 8-12 repetitions with 40-50 seconds of rest between sets.
