Are you all ready for another exciting home workout targeting the lower body (legs, calves, and butt)? Of course you are 🙂 For this one we will be using the good ol’ resistance bands of cours. Pay close attention to the form of every movement and please do not proceed unless you are absolutely comfortable with the particular exercise. All the exercises shown on the current video are perfectly applicable to be performed and incorporated in your current home workout ladies.
