10 reps each/5 rounds/
:90 sec(or less) rest between circuits!
This will build strength, muscle and get the heart rate pumping!

1.) Squat
2.) Good Mornings
3.) Bent Over Row
4.) Push Ups
5.) Front Raise to Pull Apart
6.) Biceps Curl
7.) Overhead Triceps Extension

:90 sec or less rest! Repeat 5 rounds!
