*IF you do not have a resistance band. You can do it without it! That is perfectly fine.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A towel and some water are recommended.

Circuit: 30 sec. of Work

Advanced | 5 | sec. of REST

Intermediate | 7 | sec. of REST

Beginners | 10 | sec. of REST

Workout| Do your best and that will be enough!
