Focus: Lower back and arms

These exercises are intended to supplement any fitness programs you may be following and complement your training and conditioning schedules. #StayHomeStayStrong

Equipment needed: Resistance band and baseball/lacrosse ball
– Warm up
o Lower Body: Deep squat hold, hip flexor stretch, squat variations, lunge, side lunge, rotational squat
o Upper Body: Downward dog, push-up rotation
o Core: Reverse plank
– Circuit
o Upper Body: Single arm curls, single arm tricep extension hold, single arm tricep extension, shoulder raise hold with rotation, shoulder raise from parallel to overhead, single arm bent over side raise, superman, cobras
– Mobility
o Banded ankle mobility matrix
o Tricep smash
