Volleyball Jump Training Plyometric exercises with Resistance Bands.

Volleyball Plyometric Jump Training. These exercises will help with explosive power and body control during rotational movement. Often during a Volleyball game you will be required to react quickly, change direction and jump with little time to prepare for the jump sequence. Jump training requires the athlete to explode quickly off the floor repeating the jumps as fast as possible. We are using the Myosource Kinetic Bands to add resistance to each exercise firing the muscles in the legs, hips and core. This allows the athlete to build strength and explosive power while working jump specific and sport specific movements. .
