BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY….Hey guys back with an AWESOME workout video for you all HIGHLY requested video people always ask me « SCOTT HOW TO A WARM-UP BEFORE MY WORKOUTS? » Well, its simple guys DYNAMIC WARM-UPS  » with a resistance band to protect joints & preparing the body to do movement and preventing injuries here are some warm-ups you can do JUST FOLLOW ALONG

(Chest opener) over and under 10 TO REPS
(lat stretch) side to sides 10 REPS
single front delt rasies 10 REPS (each arm)
single lateral delt raises 10 REPS (each arm)
delt raises 10 reps
external rotations 10 reps (each arm)

FOR 2 SETS
