CVLW #21 – Full Body Workout w/Resistance Band
This low-impact circuit of 8 exercises will keep your heart rate elevated all while targeting different muscle groups across your entire body. Maintain good form by keeping to a slow, controlled tempo, focusing on the mind-muscle connection, and keeping your core engaged throughout each exercise. If you’re feeling good and have the time, add a 4th round of 8 reps in! Enjoy!
3 Rounds of 15, 12, & 10 Reps of Each of the Following Resistance Band Exercises:
Reverse Lunge to Row (R + L = 1)
Flutter Kicks (R + L = 1)
Plank Reach (R + L = 1)
