Take 5 minutes to improve your core strength with resistance bands. All you need is a set of resistance bands and a door!
Reasonably priced and versatile, these bands are a great addition to your selection of home exercise equipment. Some of them come with a way to anchor them to bars or posts and just about all of them have an attachment designed to use a door. You simply stick the anchor in in through the side, over the top , or underneath the door and close it completely. Test it to ensure it’s secure and make sure you’re using a stable door!
