Resistance Band Clamps:

Emphasizing our back hand – this drill focuses on using our left hand to produce a stronger initial clamp as well as propel us into our tie-up stance allowing us to get to a second move more efficiently. Using a resistance band attached to the butt end with tension, clamp bringing your back hand no more 45 degrees upfield and squeezing your stick allowing your plastic to explode over the ball. Focus on keeping your shoulders even throughout this drill for optimal strength leading into our initial move as well as protecting yourself from an opponents early bailout. .
